Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Growvia. These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, form a binding agreement between Growvia (Platform, Company, we, us, our) and you (User, you, your).

By accessing or using the Growvia website, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the Services), you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Growvia enables businesses such as Hotels, Apparel Stores, Mega Stores, Ice Cream Chains, and other retail formats (Merchants) to manage customer loyalty programs, store-wise campaigns, and social media posting through a unified platform.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Services immediately.

02Account Access

Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be eligible to register for Growvia and are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and secure credentials.

You must be a business entity or an authorized individual registering on behalf of a business.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and while using the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

All activities conducted under your account shall be deemed to be authorized by you.

Scope of Services

Growvia provides tools and services for loyalty management, store-wise campaigns, customer engagement, and social media operations.

Growvia Services May Include

Customer loyalty program management.

Multi-store campaign creation, automation, and analytics.

Store-wise customer segmentation.

Reward issuance and redemption.

Social media integration and unified content posting.

Engagement dashboards and insights.

Communication tools such as SMS, WhatsApp, app notifications, or email, if enabled.

Service Updates

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any Services, temporarily or permanently, without notice.

04Responsibilities

User Obligations

By using Growvia, you agree to use the platform responsibly, legally, and only for legitimate business purposes.

You Agree That You Shall

Use the Services in compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations.

Use the platform only for legitimate business purposes and not for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.

Obtain necessary permissions from your customers for any communication, marketing, or loyalty-related messages you send through Growvia.

Ensure that all content uploaded, posted, or shared through Growvia, including text, images, videos, campaigns, offers, or social posts, is lawful and authorized.

Not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse any part of the Services.

Not introduce malware, bots, or any harmful technologies into the system.

Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized use of the Services may lead to suspension or termination of your account and may attract legal action.

05Integrations

Social Media Integrations

Growvia provides APIs to connect with third-party social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and similar services.

Posting content through Growvia is subject to the terms and policies of the respective social media platforms.

Growvia is not responsible for post removals, penalties, account restrictions, or any actions taken by third-party platforms.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, copyright status, and brand safety of all content being posted.

06Ownership

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Growvia platform belong exclusively to Growvia.

Growvia platform rights include design, UI/UX, source code, algorithms, databases, logos, and proprietary content.

No rights, title, or interest are transferred to you except for a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services.

You agree not to claim ownership of any part of the Platform or misrepresent your association with Growvia.

07Billing

Payments, Fees & Billing

You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your subscription, enabled features, communication credits, APIs, or third-party integrations.

You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees, feature-based charges, communication credits, API usage fees, or third-party integration costs.

All payments once made are non-refundable, except where Growvia is unable to provide the Services due to its own failure.

We may update pricing or fees from time to time with reasonable notice.

08Refunds

Refund Policy

A refund may be issued only under the specific conditions described in the applicable plan or policy.

You have made the payment but Growvia could not activate or deliver the subscribed Service.

You raise a refund request within the stipulated time mentioned in the specific plan or policy.

Refund requests made after the stipulated period will be considered invalid.

09Data Privacy

Data, Privacy & Customer Information

You are responsible for ensuring customer data is collected and used lawfully, and Growvia processes such data only to deliver the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring customer data, including names, phone numbers, purchase history, campaign data, and similar information, is collected legally and with explicit consent.

Growvia processes data only for delivering Services and does not sell customer information to third parties.

Data storage and processing follow applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

10Third Parties

Third-Party Links & Integrations

The Platform may contain integrations or links to third-party services, and those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Upon accessing third-party links or authorizing integrations, you will be governed by their terms, privacy policies, and usage restrictions.

Growvia is not responsible for the performance, availability, or behavior of third-party platforms.

11Liability

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growvia limits liability related to your use of the Services.

Growvia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or completeness of the Services.

The Platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

Your use of the Services is solely at your own risk.

12Events Beyond Control

Force Majeure

Growvia shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in service due to events beyond reasonable control.

Events beyond reasonable control include natural disasters, war, strikes, cyberattacks, power failures, government actions, and similar situations.

13Account Closure

Termination

Growvia may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the Services in prohibited ways.
