• You must be a business entity or authorized individual registering on behalf of a business.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and while using the Services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activities conducted under your account shall be deemed to be authorized by you.

Growvia provides tools and services that include but are not limited to:

• Customer loyalty program management
• Multi-store campaign creation, automation, and analytics
• Store-wise customer segmentation
• Reward issuance and redemption
• Social media integration and unified content posting
• Engagement dashboards and insights
• Communication tools such as SMS, WhatsApp, app notifications, or email (if enabled)

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any Services, temporarily or permanently, without notice.

By using Growvia, you agree that you shall:

• Use the Services in compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations.
• Use the platform only for legitimate business purposes and not for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Obtain necessary permissions from your customers for any communication, marketing, or loyalty-related messages you send through Growvia.
• Ensure that all content uploaded, posted, or shared through Growvia— including text, images, videos, campaigns, offers, or social posts.
• Not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse any part of the Services.
• Not introduce malware, bots, or any harmful technologies into the system.

Unauthorized use of the Services may lead to suspension or termination of your account and may attract legal action.

Growvia provides APIs to connect with third-party social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Business Profile, etc.). You acknowledge and agree that:

• Posting content through Growvia is subject to the terms and policies of the respective social media platforms.
• Growvia is not responsible for post removals, penalties, account restrictions, or any actions taken by third-party platforms.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, copyright status, and brand safety of all content being posted.

• All intellectual property rights in the Growvia platform—including design, UI/UX, source code, algorithms, databases, logos, and proprietary content—belong exclusively to Growvia.
• No rights, title, or interest are transferred to you except for a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services.
• You agree not to claim ownership of any part of the Platform or misrepresent your association with Growvia.

• You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees, feature-based charges, communication credits, API usage fees, or third-party integration costs.
• All payments once made are non-refundable, except where Growvia is unable to provide the Services due to its own failure.
• We may update pricing or fees from time to time with reasonable notice.

A refund may be issued only if:

• You have made the payment but Growvia could not activate or deliver the subscribed Service, and
• You raise a refund request within the stipulated time mentioned in the specific plan or policy.

Refund requests made after the stipulated period will be considered invalid.

• You are responsible for ensuring customer data (names, phone numbers, purchase history, campaign data, etc.) is collected legally and with explicit consent.
• Growvia processes data only for delivering Services and does not sell customer information to third parties.
• Data storage and processing follow applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

The Platform may contain integrations or links to third-party services. Upon accessing such links or authorizing integrations:

• You will be governed by their terms, privacy policies, and usage restrictions.
• Growvia is not responsible for the performance, availability, or behavior of third-party platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Growvia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or completeness of the Services.
• The Platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

Your use of the Services is solely at your own risk.

Growvia shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in service due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, cyberattacks, power failures, or government actions.
